Brown bottle, 650 ml, trade with Pet Killam (thank you!), savoured on November 12 2017; eye: liquorice, opaque, no effervescence, brown head that turns into a ring, slight lacing; nose: coffee, anise, cocoa, slight burnt malt; mouth: coffee, intense, cocoa, light burnt malt, mild astringency, coconut, finale in coffee with light presence of bittering hops, full body, good carbonation, quite bitter, lightly sweet, oily texture; overall: nice surprise

FRANÇAIS
Bouteille brune, 650 ml, échange avec Peter Killam (thank you!), savourée le 12 novembre 2017; œil : réglisse, opaque, pas d'effervescence, mousse brune qui se transforme en un anneau, très légère dentelle; nez : café, anis, cacao, très léger malt brûlé; bouche : café, intense, cacao, léger malt brûlé, astringence moyenne, noix de coco, finale en café avec légère présence de houblon amérisant, corsée, bonne carbonatation, pas mal amère, légèrement sucrée, texture huileuse; en résumé : belle surprise

Bouteille 650ml, gracieuseté de msjpearson, Thanks Mike! Couleur noire opaque, mousse moka onctueuse laissant une belle dentelle. Arôme de malt torréfié, café un peu vert, noix de coco plus fraîche que grillé. Goût de malt torréfié, café, amertume moyenne, vert, un peu âcre en fin de bouche. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen.

(Bottle) clear, very dark brown colour with a small brown head; aroma of coconut, roast; creamy palate; balanced flavour with a long, medium bitter finish
