Made from a selection of our best and rarest apples - Brown Snout, King David, Wickson Crab, Zitronenapfel and Campfield. Bottles petillant naturel. A tannic old-world cider with complex spice notes and sharp acidity which evolve with time. Pair with food and enjoy over the course of an evening. Released in 2024.
