Brewed using a blend of the finest Maris Otter and Chocolate malts, this dark bitter ale has a pronounced chocolate character. The well-rounded bitterness is perfectly balanced by a floral aroma derived from English Fuggles and Goldings hops and drinks fuller than its ABV would suggest.

Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Beer#32. ST AUBIN. Very dark copper with a creamy head. Smoothish and easy with a mid-bitterness. Traditionally English taste, which is no surprise given its ingredients. Enjoyed on the decked terrace of a Liberation pub overlooking the quaint harbour in St Aubin in Jersey.
