A special edition of our first-ever beer, Levon (formerly Leon), celebrating its 15th anniversary. This Belgian-inspired beer was originally designed to bridge the gap between “crap” and craft beer, offering a light, highly drinkable profile with a hop-forward aroma. For this version, we increased the ABV slightly and introduced Nelson hops from New Zealand, enhancing the beer with bright, vinous character while keeping its signature bone-dry finish.

Flaska från systembolaget.
Disig gul med stort skum.
Frisk, lite för mycket alkohol. Kände en lite konstig syrlighet efter en stund, kanske en reaktion mot maten då jag inte noterat det först.

Lys gul lett tåkete med hvitt skum. Lukter lyse stenfrukter, gjær, lyst brød og smør. Middels fylde. Fruktig, lett bitter. Smaker lys stenfrukt, honning, gjær, smør og noe sitrus. Middels lang.

20cl draft @ Omnipollos Kyrka. Comme BE Pale Ale à 9%.
Dorée claire, col blanc-cassé crémeux.
Arôme est houblonné - fruits à noyaux, poire, coing - touche forale - agrumes, effet honeysuckle, melon - mielleux. A tout cela se tient tout de même une approche belge bien présente - dont un côté ester.
Palais sur une base clairement belge avec un effet d'ester tenace - figue, coing et figue de barbarie. Finement sur les agrumes en retrait tout en ayant un léger côté tropical qui supporte l'effet de booze qui reste cependant discret mais donne une bonne fin de bouche.

Draught at spritmuseum in Stockholm.
Tiny off white head. Opaque solid golden color.
Big fruity aroma with a bit of phenoös. Realy nicefruity and phenolic taste.
