Yup... we're the ones who make this. A member of our single hopped beer club, this IPA is both brewed and dry hopped with nothing but Citra hops... that's it... all Citra, all day. And that's what gives you the big, mango, papaya, and citrus taste that makes tongues celebrate and lines of beer fans form up just to sample this beauty.

12oz can de et partagée avec Tderoeck - canned 4/30/2026.
Léger pâle, col blanc crémeux bien tenace.
Arôme est frais bien houblonné - assez sympa de voir la complexité du seul Citra composant cette version. Effet un peu dank - le tout est repris par des touches de malts en support : caramel, pâle et finement toasté.
Palais sur une bonne base maltée caramel - léger pâle avec un support houblonné oscillant sur la résine/pin - sans son côté hazy, cette bière pourrait bien passe rpour une ipa classique de WC. 100% Citra mais très US fwd old-school dans l'approche.

Draught @ Beekman Ale House, NY (May 2025).Cloudy dark yellow with a foamy beige head, mango aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter mango-citrus peel taste, thin body, long medium bitter finish. Decent NEIPA.

Draught at Rudy's New Haven, 5/29/22. Light haze. Coppery-brass. White head falls off instantly. Citra hops rise up juicily with plentiful honey and a hint of caramel and sourdough from the malt. Clean, amply acidic but not too much so. Soft, playful, fruity yeast. No booze. IPAs have definitely caught up to this so it's not quite as special as back in the day (though still very good). But this was way, way, way ahead of it's time and still goes toe to toe with any IPA out there. Glad to finally find the damned thing. Malty and soft, good attenuation, solidly bitter but juicy and fruity enough to please the NEIPA crowd too. A few extra points here for its innovation for its time.
