The second beer in our "Spotlight Caledon" series, where we highlight the varied attractions, natural beauties, and landmarks in and around the Caledon/Headwaters area.
Terra Cotta is a small village within the town of Caledon. Located along the water, it's a particularly scenic area to take a stroll through. You can also check out the Terra Cotta Conservation area, where you can take in some of the beauty of Caledon. (Terra Cotta is also a term used for clay-based ceramic, which given the soil composition in the area, I don't think is any coincidence).
Hopped with a blend of Citra, Vic Secret and Enigma, this beer is loaded with notes of melon, citrus, pineapple and white grape, with a dank, slightly herbaceous finish.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some tropical notes and a semi-dry finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with citrusy tropical notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with big juicy hops.

473ml can, 2025 vintage, this year's hops Citra, Galaxy and Motueka.
Opaque yellow, white head. Aroma of grapefruit, mango, lime, light dank herb. Taste of ripe citrus, grapefruit, lime, mango, pineapple. Medium bodied, again the carbonation on the heavier side making it feel more airy/lighter than I might expect for the style. Really tasty NEIPA though.
