Baskwadder Tripel is een blond licht-amber bier. De smaak is evenwichtig en volmondig met een bittere afdronk. Baskwadder Tripel bevat verschillende hopsoorten: Target, Fuggles en Hallertau die zorgen voor een evenwichtige doch kruidige bitterheid. Door deze bitterheid en het hogere alcoholgehalte is het een bier om rustig van te genieten. Baskwadder Tripel is hergist op fles. Hierdoor evolueert de smaak. Bevat 7.8% alcohol.

Zythos 2022. Cloudy blond colour with quick fading head. Lots of malt sweetness. Slightly biscuity, yeasty, spicy.

Fles thuis geprobeerd. Het is een licht troebel oranje achtig bier met een volle schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige en fruitige geur. De smaak is moutig, fruitig, zacht zoet en licht kruidig.

Bottle from the brewery. Sweet malty nose, some citrus, oxidation. Taste is sweet, oxidized, malty.

Zythos 2018. Hazy golden with a small white head. Grassy and yeasty aroma with a spicy touch. Sweetish malty and spicy flavour with phenols and spice.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Leysen Baskwadder Tripel ].Light unclear medium yellow orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, fruity malt, fruity, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, belgium yeast, light horse blanke, light leather. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity, yeast, pale malt, fruity yeast, light earthy, medium dry, finish is leather - farmyard and yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180220] 7-3-7-3-15

33cl Bottle, thanks Harmen! Hazy golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of sweet bready malts, cooked apples, fruity esters, light sugary, citrus, light perfumed. Flavour of perfume, lemon, apples, bread, malts, some alcohol, just light herbal, verbena, bitter finish. Medium bodied. Decent.
