With regenerative malted barley and raw wheat supplied by Woodshedding we decided to collaborate a beer that works in all formats in the height of summer! It is very pale, crisp and dry, medium bitterness and a celebration of some beautiful English hop varieties.

Keg at Tapps Llandudno. Opaque light gold. Thing translucent white head has some frothing around the rim. Aroma is.sweet with a citrus and resin edge. Bitter. Tart. Gooseberry. Herbs. Develops some fruit sweetness. Underlying malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Sodt carbonation with a vaguely prickle of a fizz. Long dry finish. Enjoyable dry bitter stuff. Crisp.
