Clear ruby maroon color, off white head. Aroma of caramel and light toffee. Taste is lightly bitter, lightly sweet toasted caramel. Interesting.

Aroma: Slight hops, some fruits. Some butterscotch.
Taste: Strong hops, fruits, slight malt and butterscotch? Lasting bitterness.

Draft pour at Town Hall in DC. Poured a lot darker than I expected for an IPL. Kind of a light ruby color with a medium sized white head. Some nice hoppy notes, sweet malts. Light easy to drink. Not what I’d expect from this style, but the beer itself was perfectly tasty.
