An American Pilsner! No not Bud...This one has a base of a New Hampshire grown Pilsner malt by Valley Malt. Bittered with local Magnum hops before we add Cascade for flavor and aroma. So this Pils has deep German roots with American flair. Gluten Reduced

Brewery draught, 7/19/25.
Clear, paler golden with a small, white head.
Spring water, seltzer, faint grains and very minimal hops in the nose don't give too much of a pilsner vibe. But it's clean.
Light bodied, quite a bit so, with not a ton of flavor. Very spring water-like with watery grains and dusty, lightly peppery hops. But no flaws.
