Turquoise Sea was hopped with Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic in the kettle, then dry-hopped with Chinook, Simcoe, Citra, Riwaka, Columbus Cryo, Mosaic Cryo and High Oil Cascade. This beer was brewed with a neutral yeast strain to let the hops speak loud and clear. Pouring a golden hue, Turquoise Sea gives way to intense notes of pineapple gummies, ruby red grapefruit, pine and a bit of diesel.

Draft at the Bar on 22, 7/8/25. Clear yellow. White head. Grapefruit, bread, dough, grass, pineapple, and booze. Drinks on the bitter side. Fairly boozy. Solid, but a little out of balance.
