Bottle from Morrisons. Ruby brown colour, white head dissipates quickly to bubbles edge of glass. No lacing. Aroma - fruity spicy malt and booze. Taste - spices, fruity malt, caramel, quite boozy, a bit of bubblegum (!). Smooth finish - spicy, alcohol, malty with a bit of bitterness. The alcohol is quite prominent here, the overall flavour of the beer needs to be stronger to balance the alcohol. Not bad, but not fantastic - (62/100)

330ml bottle. Pours a rich ruby with a thin head. Aroma is woody, fruity malt. Taste has nutty malt to start and a rich fruity malt finish.

Bottle from Morrisons. Clear amber colour, thin off-white head. Aroma of caramel malts, bread, slight bubblegum. Flavour is caramel malty, nutty, candy sugar, some slight fruits. Medium bodied. Indeed quite well done.
