Shared bottle @ Patricks. Quite clear pale golden body with a small, fast disappearing, lacing white head. Aroma is nice, quite acidic fruity or maybe more in the direction of berries and grapes, hint of wood. Flavor is clean, crisp, acidic berries/grapes with wood and mild funk. Fine balanced body and rather tart in aftertaste. Very nice, feels quite acidic after the first sips, but seems to get in balance after a few more sips.

Bottle at home. 2016 vintage. Pours a slighty hazy bronze colour with a light beige head that fades fast. Aroma of oak, dried apricots, rowanberrie, vinegar, sour grass, basement, green apples, raspberries and stable. Flavour of oak, green apple, apple cider vinegar, nutmeg, grapes and some apricots and brown sugar in the background. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and soft bitterness. Complex aroma and a fresh well-balanced flavour.

Bottle at the DC post-Thanksgiving 2021 gathering. Poured a mostly clear orange color with a very small, wispy head. Aroma was apricot, stone fruits. Light lemon. Vinous, with some oaky vanilla and acidic notes.
