On tap at Cascade, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is quite complex, with tart raspberries, white and red wine barrels, and gentle acidity. Flavour isn't quite the same, focusing on a rather tannic, earthy quality from the barrels, with gentle acidity and fruitiness from the raspberries. Tannic and dry on the finish. Good stuff.

750 ml bottle poured. Huge thanks to my brother for sharing this rare treat. 2015, listed at 9.2%. Solid orange pour with no head. Soft, candy sugar sweet aroma. Flavor is mellow fruit, sweet candy, peach, and raspberry. Sourness 6/10. Peach sour linger, with a moderate acidity. Fantastic beer here.

On tap at Cascade. Hazy golden with a small white head. A bit on the sweet side with raspberries and funk. The finish was tart.
