Flesje gedeeld tijdens proeverijtje. Goudgeel troebel bier met matig schuim. Aroma van gist. Smaak is waterig. Weinig nasmaak.

Fles gedeeld door Benzai gedronken met Inoven, Roelzie1986 en Dutchdrebus. Het is een fris witbier met citrus tonen. Het ruikt naar dode gistcellen.

Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus, Inoven and TomHendriksen. Clear golden color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste wheat, very yeasty, light herbs or spices, herbal bitter. Average body and carbonation. Meh.

Bottle @ benzai. Clear golden with a small white head. Smells farty, nasty, old. Tastes herbs and spices, malts. Too much carbo, thin body.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Kleiburg Siciliaans Wit ].Sparkling and clear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, herbs, moderate yeasty, wit bier yeast, yeast, dough. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sharp, sour malt - yeast, yeast, herbs - vegetables, wit bier yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Shared 330 ml bottle at local tasting. ABV 5.5%. Hazy golden colour, large white head. Aroma of grain and stale jam. The flavour is better, but not very exciting. Medium dry, grainy, not much citrus nor coriander. Easy drinking though.

Fra flaske på RBHD-treff ombord på Fridtjofen, jan-17: uklar korngul med tett skum. Lukter overmodne bananer og tropiske frukter. Smaker heldigvis bedre, med malt i tillegg til det fruktige. En ok wit selv om appelsin og krydder mangler.

Bottle shared. Hazy orange with a white head. Aroma of big herbs, yeast, light citrus, hat and light malt notes. Flavour is above light sweet and moderate bitter. Above light bodied with fairly high prickly carbonation.
