Tap@Il Birrifico, Helsinki. Pours hazy caramel with thick white head. Aroma is hopy with orange, mandarin, grapefruit and yogurt. Taste is light to medium sweet, medium to very bitter and light acidic. Body is creamy with light carbonation. Finish is long and bitter with hopy notes of citrus, flowers and spice.

On tap at Il Birrificio, pours a cloudy orange amber with a small white head. Aroma is a bit buttery, with biscuity malt, diacetyl and light resins. Flavour is pure diacetyl, with not much else coming through. Pure buttered popcorn. Nasty.

Small slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, leafs, weeds, hay, minerals, old moss, grain, hops, cereal, sour grass, yeast, flowers, hints of medicine. Taste is slightly sweet grassy, weeds, leafs, sap, hay, minerals, old moss, medicine, paper, bark, grain, harsh hops, cereal, yeast, flowers. Medium bitterness, watery and harsh medical mouthfeel. Meh!

200ml draught, 5.6 % abv, at the brewpub. Dark golden body, hazy. Beige head blanketing the upper part of the glass. Mild aroma of herbal hops, citrus and bread. Ripe citrus flavours added by a light touch of malty sweetness. Distant bitterness to the ending. Slightly watered mouth feel. Fair enough (Helsinki 28.09.2015).

(Keg at Il Birrificio, 20150714) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized, dense, white and it lasted long. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The taste was dominated by the bittering hops. All other flavours remained almost hidden underneath the overwhelming bitterness. Not pleasant.
