A collab between Brouwschuur and Kneiter, brewed for Dutch Chili Fest 2023, set to take place in Eindhoven on September 17! We made a smooth and crisp lager and added chocolate habanero and lemon drop chili peppers. Available on draft and in bottles, the latters come in 3 versions:
Orange cap: regular spiciness
Yellow cap: heavier spiciness
Red cap : MAXIMUM SPICINESS

From tap at a metal festival. Malty/grainy aroma with very subtle chili. Has a decent bitterness, fairly crisp. Not a bad beer, but I hoped for more pronounced peppers.

Yellow cap so medium heat. Deep yellow colour with thin head. It's lager with some chillies. Nice prickly sensation.
