Notre première IPA DDH, qui met de l'avant les houblons Simcoe, Mosaic et Citra. Une bière trouble de couleur paille, au nez on y retrouve de la mangue et de la marmalade, avec un corps bien rond et tropical et une finale houblonnée mordante pour tout équilibrer.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with yeast particles that settle on the bottom and a medium, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, orange, mango, apricot, earthy yeast and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, orange, nectarine, mango, earthy yeast and light piney hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with a thick, creamy, smooth texture and soft carbonation. Juicy and tasty.
