Our colleagues in Berlin just couldn’t miss the chance to be involved in our Annual General Mayhem, so they brewed a one-off Helles Bock to Fuel the Mayhem during the event AND keep it going long after (or, while stocks last – this is a one-off!). It pours golden yellow with a strong malt baseline as is expected with this style. Dry-hopped with El Dorado and Citra hops, the beer brings a cavalcade of fruit flavours to the fore from apricots and sultanas to mango, pineapple and lime.

Can at 2025 BD AGM. It pours clear golden - orange with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is fairly mellow, sweet, sticky orange sponge cake, apricot, lemon and poppy seed muffin, bready, slight marzipan, boozey tick and biscuit. The taste is firmly dry, bitter, sappy, resin, biscuit,. nuttiness, pretty smooth, cakey, muffin, sponge cake, touch green, cereal, nuttiness, stone fruits and some booze. Finish is bitter and warming. Medium body and moderate, supporting carbonation. Works well. Balanced and hides he abv well. Moreish.
