Speciaal voor Tom maakten we TOMMEKE, een saison met Sorachi Ace en Spalter Select van 6%. Een waar eerbetoon aan de mooie bierstijl en aan deze mooie mens.

Troebel geel bier met schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig en fruitig met veel citrus en wat sinaasappel. OK.

On tap at Gullkorn. A bit sweet and low on carbonation for me, but looks delicious. Fruity, some tropical fruityness. Very gentle malts and peppery hints. Not bad. 656313 250802

Cloudy beige blond beer, small creamy white had, a little stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: nice, spicy, earthy, a bit yeasty, some banana, pleasant smell! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, good bitterness, yeasty, a touch of banana, grassy. Aftertaste: bitter, hoppy, yeast, citrus, a little malty, herbal notes, good stuff!
