Bottle shared during Sour Night in Bermondsey. Cheers to Nielsen for the trade. Pours unclear golden yellow with a creamy, white head. The nose holds lemon, light funk, wheat flakes. Light sweet flavour with nice tartness, moderate lemony acidity, subtle wheat notes, lemon peel. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Tart finish, quenching, lightly salty, with hints of melon, more lemony acidity, moderate funk. Great stuff overall.

Bottle shared at partizan, thanks to Leighton. A light hazed golden yellow straw coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is grape, white grape, gooseberry, straw, tart fruit, bretty funk. Flavour is composed of straw, white grape, gooseberry mellow funk, bretty, drying light bark.. Palate is crisp, tart, refreshing, highish carbonation. Drying grape tannin.

Bottle at Partizan share. It pours hazy yellow with a small white head. The aroma is soft, fresh, honeycake, bit of funk, barnyard, lemony and granny smith apple. The taste is dry, bitter, earthy, musty, funk, lemony, straw, hay, funk, must, minerals, granny smith apple, Lemon rind, limey, tannin, oak and toasty grain with a drying finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Funky stuff. Decent gear.

Nice yellow, creamy pour. Sour autumny nose, fermentation funk and farmhouse thing. Taste is sour but well balanced, maybe with honey, honey for me is not really apparent, some beewax coming out mainly in the aftertaste. Easily drinkable and fully enjoyable. Tart and dry finish.

Pale golden color. Very nice sour nose with big oak, brett and honey character. The honey character really is pronounced with oak, brett in the mouth and big sourness. The barrel aging is very pronounced. Interesting stuff

Wonderful beer. Apricot tang amd some grapefruit bretta. Hazy golden pour with good head. Tangy finish like astronaut drink juice. Subtle and well done. Reminds me of Allagash.

[ As Casey East Bank ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, belgium yeast - saison yeast, funky, farmyard, citrus - lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, funky, farmyard, saison yeast, light citrus - lemon. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160820]
