This imperial stout with an inky black appearance is exploding with flavor thanks to resting in Bully Boy Bourbon barrels and aging on 10 pounds of Cocoa Nibs. Velvety smooth notes of bittersweet chocolate, toffee, vanilla, bourbon, and spice while finishing light on the palate.

Pours a very nice near black from a crowler. Rich chocolate is not overpowering, nice roasty malts otherwise. Similar flavor. Not terribly sweet, nearly dry. Pretty good beer.
