Our India Pale Ale is inspired by the IPAs of the 2010s that James brewed at the start of his career and those historic recipes of breweries long gone. Modern IPAs can feel like the hops are on top of the beer, a late addition, a flavour additive. Our India Pale Ale the hops are throughout the beer, in its bones, giving the full complex spectrum of the hops characteristics. More solid, firmly rooted, less fleeting, timeless.
Full of all the things we love to brew with, heritage malted barley, raw regenerative YQ wheat and single farm UK hops. Full of fruity complexity, apricots and Honeydew through to floral citrus.

Sound. Nice depth of character, piney and earthy hops, a little English yeast expression maybe, florals, grass, dried citrus rind, sun-kissed malts. Some nice crunchy and nutty malt notes. Moreish, pleasant lingering bitterness.
