Gravity cask at the 34th Ealing Beer Festival 2025, day one, 09/07/2025.
I'm getting AUS tramp cider vibes just from the details ... One for all the Ockers!
Clear golden topped with a white cap that soon fizzes to the edge.
Nose is booze fumes, pear drop, varnish.
Taste comprises booze, modest apple notes, sugars, glue like qualities.
Medium bodied with bite, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with a boost offered.
Not bad for tramp juice tbh!

250ml can from BWS, Rockdale Plaza. Clear golden colour, thin white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim, and aroma of apple, syrupy, sulphur hint. Taste is sweet, appley, sugary, syrup, booze, with alittle tartness and tangy notes. Medium bodied, medium soft carbonation, drying sweet boozy finish. Quite OK
