Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 12th August 2025. Clear golden amber with shallow foam and full lacing. Pines, resins and sweet candy fruits in aroma. Sweet fruits and spiced peel in-mouth, and a satisfying finish of zesty peel and emerging bitterness. Full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. Superbly crafted.
