A collab with our friends from Track Brewing Co. in Manchester!
We thought it would be fun to brew up a beer inspired by Tracks delectable “gold top” series of beer. We aren’t a huge fan of fruit in IPA in general, so in order to get fruit flavour into the beer we tried a brand new product called Euphorics after being impressed with our bench top trials with it. Euphorics™ is a highly concentrated, water-soluble flavour and aroma liquid product, made with 100% natural hops and botanicals.
We used one called Peachy Keen, which imparts peach notes into the beer. We then dry hopped it with Riwaka and Motueka. It is dripping in peach, red berry, and mojito citrus notes

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some peachy/tropical fruit notes and a semi-dry finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with peachy/tropical fruit notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable double NEIPA with a nice balance of flavours.
