Poured from 1 pint .9 fl oz bottle. Very dark brown with minimal beige head. Marshmallow, light cocoa, feint bourbon barrel, quite nice.

16.9 oz. bottle, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma has tons of dark sugar, light marshmallow, vanilla beans, dark sugars, and bourbon barrel. Flavour is decadent and dessert-like, with lots of vanilla beans, dark sugars, bourbon barrels, and marshmallow. Really rich, sweet but not cloying, and complex. Lovely dessert stout.

500mL bottle. Pours black with a fast-disappearing brown head. Lots of fudge, vanilla, and marshmallow on the nose. Flavour has a rich pastry profile with lots of chocolate, vanilla, and marshmallows. I'm not getting a whole lot of bourbon, but the finish is pretty boozy. Great example of how you can brew a pastry stout well.

Dark brown. Pours flat, no head. The aroma is big on the vanilla, with a little marshmallow accent. On the palate, it goes in a sticky, syrupy direction but without the sort of roast you'd expect from the style. Good and sweet, though, just wish there was a bit more roast.

Pours jet black with a tiny dirty tan head that fades. Chocolate, vanilla, marshmallow, coconut , fudge brownie. Really well balanced and not too sweet. Excellent
