Unclear yellow with a foamy head. Resin, lemon zest, hops, smoked salmon, sugar reduced lemonade. Dry zesty hoppy resinous bitterness, slightly sourish and umami. Light bodied, watery texture, lively to soft carbonated, dry hoppy zesty smoky bitter finish. A very interesting take on Grodziskie, the modern hops combine well with the smoky sour flavours. Very refreshing on such hot summer day!
