Aus der Flasche (bbe 22.01.2017) 2019-12 getrunken. Dieses Sour Ale erinnert dankl seiner Hefe stark an eine Berliner Weiße mit einer ganz feinen Säure. Leider ist der ist auch der Körper sehr leicht. Das ist eher ein leichtes Sommerbier.

Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and brettanomyces. The flavor is acidic with notes of brettanomyces, straw, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle shared at Danish Ratebeer Gathering Ulfborg 2016, Day 2. Very hazy straw with no head. Aroma of citrus, light tart fruit, light funk. Flavour is moderate sour. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. [20-08-2016]

Bottle 750ml. @ The Danish (Ulfborg) Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, TNO(U)DRBSG16 @ fonefan & Brugmasia House. [ As Brekeriet Biere ].Clear light to medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, tart, sour, plastic. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, citric, sour. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160820]

750ml Bottle - Golden in colour. Musty and fruity aroma with a taste to match, although there is a hoppiness to the taste not evident in the aroma. Quite refreshing if perhaps a little bit sharp for a beer of this abv for my tastes.

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering 2016, Ulfborg, Day 2. Very hazy pale yellow color, virtually no head. Aroma is a floral and fruity mix. Flavor is pretty sour wth some nice fruit influence. Quite refreshing actually. Not bad.

Sampled @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, Saturday, Day 2 75cl bottle. Pours hazy pale yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma of spices, rye, some fruits. Taste of sour fruits, rye, spices, okay!

Fruchtig säuerlicher Beginn, der weniger durch fruchtige als vielmehr durch weich kräutrige Noten hervorsticht. Leicht hefig, die Säure steigert sich, spritzig, wie Berliner Weisse. 9/12/12/12/10/12
