A traditional English Summer Ale, served only cask-conditioned by traditional gravity engine or hand tapped. Made with traditional English East Kent Goldings and American Cascade hops.
Appearance: Clear Bright Straw-Blonde, with Creamy White Head, especially Meringue-Like when served on Hand Pull
Nose: Clean, Light Citrus, Fresh Lightly Floral and Resinous Hop Aroma balanced with Clean Malt
Taste: Bright Citric notes, with some light fruitiness and a clean crisp, lightly bitter finish. Perfect for the Hong Kong summer and pairs well with lots of food.

Got to love this, on Lamma Island in HK at Yardley Brother’s place and find this. A decent bitter in good condition enjoyed in a little place that makes me feel like I’m half my age and backpacking SE Asia. All be it with better beer.
