Pretty good stuff. Served with a long lasting off white head, plenty of lace and a clear yellow color. Aroma’s a very mild, grassy, grainy. Flavor’s a clean, easy drinking, bittersweet.

From the tap at 8th Street Grill, in Minneapolis. Color is classic blonde with fine white foam. Aroma is instant, with only some subtle smell potentially from oxidation or unclean pipes. Body is medium-light. Taste is predominantly bitter, with underlying sweetness. But even in taste a strange, artificial finish is present...

Sample at the 29th Annual Oregon Brewers Festival on 07/30/2016. Pale golden color with a medium thin frothy white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Spotty lace. Herbal hops, fruit and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of floral hops, fruit and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draft at The Bachelor Farmer in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The pour is clear golden with a well formed one inch white head. The aroma is clean Pilsener cereal grain and a soft citrus lemon. Clean fresh nose. The taste is a nice balance between the cereal cracker grain and the fresh clean citrus hops. The palate is lighter bodied, active carbonation and a clean dry mineral finish. Solid, great with tomato soup starter.

On tap at Stub and Herbs. Pours a clear yellowish gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has notes of grain and hay with a bit of grassiness. Flavor combines a dry grass and grain as well as a touch of hay.

12oz can. Macro yellow pour but a nice medium head that fades to moderate lacing. Aroma is nice bouquet of noble hops. Beautifully crisp malt and great freshness and slight sticky white bread. The flavor just doesn’t live up to the hype. A little less crisp the hop bouquet dies down. A moderate bitterness at lasts a bit longer than I want. There is just less flavor than the nose hints at. Thanks for sharing Chris.
