Introducing On The Edge, West Coast Pale Ale.
Our first year growing Cascade hops and the harvest was a bountiful one.
Hand-picked then directly added into a hop back where we infused the beer during the whirlpool. This beer is freshly vibrant and bright with pungent flavours of zesty oranges, pine and just enough malt character to balance out the hops. A solid 6% ABV with a smooth and mellow mouthfeel that finishes with a serene bitterness.
Proudly brewed with the utmost appreciation for a classic style; the American Pale Ale, which ultimately started the craft beer revolution in America in the late 1970’s and was labelled the gateway beer for the craft brewing industry.
