For the past few years, they have been brewing up a variety of beer styles of the highest quality, in a restored 1800s hop house on a farm in Schoharie, in upstate New York. Together, we've made a DDH West Coast IPA that explodes with tropical and sweet citrus aroma, but remains crisp, dry and bitter on the finish.

Can shared at Free Beer. Clear golden. Grassy hops, grapefruit, pine, caramel, light dusty, toffee, peach. Medium swret, solod bitter. Over medium bodied, oily feel.

Loose off white head on a slowly carbonating pale amber coloured body.
Zesty, citrus & crackers aroma.
Medium bodied, sharp dry & cloying.
Resinous, dank, malt & citrus tastes with a long bitterly hopped finish.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear gold beer, small and short lived off white head. Light palate, a little thin and semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, a mild sweetness imparted. Light cooling pine into a very soft skunk and some NZ hop goodness. Very mild Nelson grape, less mild Nectaron stone fruits. Just a touch of Motueka key lime on the back end. Light and mildly dry finish. Track should elevate this to a DIPA.

Can from Fuss Club. At home. Clear golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma and taste are line dry and grapefruit. Crisp body.

Can on Miami Beach, Barbados, 24th August 2025. Pours a clear golden. Aroma is pine and citrus. Taste is bitter, pithy, lots of pine. Nice westie

440ml can. Clear golden, white head. Aroma of grapefruit, orange, peach, slightly dank. Taste follows, orange and grapefruit, peachy, dank, a little caramel, resinous finish with lingering bitterness. Medium bodied. Great westie.

Resinous bitter hoppy aroma and taste delivering notes of grapefruit, peach, orange, some pine needless, grass, sweet malty backing, caramel, sticky resinous bitter finish. Nice west coaster.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Pale golden body with a very faint haze and a few tiny flecks beneath a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of grapefruit and salted lemon. Flavour of lime chutney and orange zest. Medium body with a slick mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A simple, solid west coast IPA.

Clear golden topped with a lasting just off white head.
Nose is grapefruit, grass, pine needle, bitter orange, ripe melon, light dank whisper.
Taste comprises bitter tropicana, melon, grass, mandarin, grapefruit, papaya.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Solid WC affair.
