16 oz can poured, and enjoyed in the sun. Huge thanks to Hoff for sending over these MN hops! Very fun try here. Pours a thick, creamy pineapple juice color with a rocky foam head. If a juicy session is what they were aiming for, then they did a pretty good job. Soft juicy fruit hop aroma. Has a distinct grapefruit quality here that refuses to get too bitter. Cracker grains in the background. This is a session IPA I’d love to have sitting in my fridge for the after work craving. Mellow, cool, flavorful. Fruity hop content, but in no way is it sweet. I really think this is an awesome addition to the hazy IPA sub-style. As juicy as almost any of them. Delicious beer here.

On tap at the brewery. Pours an extremely cloudy yellow with a peach hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of bitter citrus supported by sweet grains and a touch of grapefruit. Flavor has bitter citrus throughout with grass and sweet grains supported.
