My Favorite Hopfenweisse

355ml can. Hazy, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and slightly yeasty spicy as well as grassy, minimally fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of banana, hints of fresh hay, papaya, clove, vanilla, a touch of mandarine. Taste is grassy and slightly resinous as well as fruity hoppy, yeasty fruity and minimally yeasty spicy, wheaty malty basis with very low residual sweetness, hints of banana, a touch of apple, pear, papaya, some clove, vanilla, fresh hay, mandarine, unripe mandarine, a weak touch of weed.
Oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Pronounced, but in no way dominant hop flavours, balanced, distinct Hopfenweisse character - enjoyable.
