Pražská hospoda Poctivej Výčep z Kobylis letos slaví deset let a rozhodla se oslavit to stylově – deseti kolaboracemi s oblíbenými pivovary. Nám připadla čest uvařit šestý kousek do série. Zvolili jsme styl, který kombinuje chmelovou jízdu s maximální pitelností – Session Cold New Zealand IPA. Na chmelení jsme se nebáli přitlačit a použili novozélandské chmely Riwaka, Motueka a Superdelic. Riwaka dodává aroma tropické mučenky s grapefruitovým nádechem, Motueka přináší tóny citrusů, limetky a svěžích bylin, zatímco Superdelic přidává do mixu ovocnost červeného a tropického ovoce i cukrovinek. Výsledkem je lehká, suchá a extrémně pitelná IPA s výrazným chmelovým profilem, kterou si užijete při každém loku. Prostě důstojný přípitek k desetiletému výročí.
Poctivej Výčep a beloved craft beer bar in Prague’s Kobylisy district celebrates its 10th anniversary and decided to celebrate in style – with ten collaborations with popular breweries. We had the honour of brewing the sixth in the series, so we went for a style that combines a hoppy ride with maximum drinkability – Session Cold IPA. We built this beer on a trio of New Zealand hops: Riwaka, known for its passionfruit and grapefruit notes; Motueka, bringing lime, citrus and fresh herbal tones; and Superdelic, which layers in red and tropical fruit, along with a sweet hint of candy. The result is a light-bodied, dry, and extremely crushable IPA with a vibrant hop profile .Simply a worthy toast to the ten year anniversary.
Hops used: Magnum, Riwaka, Motueka, Superdelic

Can from Galerie piva, with Hrabren and Ogi. Clear pale godlen body, off-white head, small, medium retention. Riwaka dominates the aroma, NZ herbs, somewhat floral, bit caramelly and bready, spicy - all from hops mind you. Lean, dry taste, herbal, mildly floral-citric, actually nice. really, soft malty taste. Good stuff.

0.5 l can thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague, shared with Ogi and him. Clear pale golden, small off-white head. Aroma is a nice NZ showcase, wild herbs, resin, spice but also a fruity hint, mostly citrus, zest, grapefruit and a touch of tropical fruit. Slightly danky and dusty. Light to medium body, soft to moderate carbonation. Smooth. Sweet, tropical fruit. Dry finish but abrupt. Minimal bitterness.

Thin body, med carbo. Med bitter, low sweetness, quite dry. Malt in the background. Simple, but effective hops character, gooseberries, NZ, white wine. Light lemony limey undertones. Tasty, easy drinking, very nice.
