Es una interesante fusión de dos estilos: IPA y Witbier.

Blanca y turbia gracias a la utilización de maltas de trigo con aromas a coriandro, hierbas y cítricos. Con sabores especiados y afrutados que contrastan con el aroma y amargor del lúpulo al tiempo que una elevada carbonatación resalta todas sus características. Su alto contenido alcohólico aumenta la complejidad de esta singular cerveza que fue concebida como un tributo al "Fantasma de Hércules"

Bottle shared at Garvie’s. Pours clear yellow-gold with a vivacious white head. The nose holds dry wheat, Belgian yeast, pale malts. Light to medium sweet flavor with mild grassy bitterness, dry wheat, yeast, white grape. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Drying finish with more dried wheat, slight melon, wheat, lemon zest. Not bad.

Bottle at Craig’s. Pours hazy with a big white head. Aromas of lemon sherbet. Taste is light banana, cream. Sweet finish.

bottle at home ... copper ... big white head ... soft salty fruit nose ... juice floral orange zezt nose .. very fizzy .. soft bitter fruits .. soft herbal fruit nose ... juicy hops ... floral fruits
