RBSG 2013, from a growler. Societe brews awesome beer and this is no exception. Very Belgian in character with teh yeast and malt. Sweet and heavily hopped but not bitter. Sweet malt as well to balance the hops.

Draft @ the brewery. Pours an amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel aroma. Sweetish malty spicy caramel flavor with yeasty hints. has a sweetish malty spicy yeasty caramel finish.

Draft. Amber-brown beer with a dark cream head. Malt and yeast aroma. Malt and light dark fruit flavor with yeast. medium bodied. Nice balance. Malt and yeast lingers with light dark fruit.

From tap at the brewery. Pours clear and golden orange with a small off white head. Aroma is fruity and light toasted malty. Sweet malty, light caramelish and light fruity. Smooth, yeasty and mellow fruity into a slight sweet and mild bitter finish.

Tap @ Neighborhood, San Diego. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, candy sugar, fruits, malt and hops. Nice and oily.

On tap at Societe. Pours with a clear medium brown hued body with a tan head that lasts and leaves good lace. Aromas are of dark fruits, toasty, low melanoidin, nice ester character. Some apricot, dried fruit, medium peppery phenol. Flavors are floral, tangerine, marmalade, citrus, medium biscuity malt notes, toasted. Dry finish with medium esters (plum and apricot stick out). Lively carbonation, dry, medium bodied.
