Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day - London. Pours clear light chestnut brown with a slight, foamy off-white head. Lightly sweet with notes of toasted grains, leafy hops, earth, an accent of cocoa. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Alright balance to finish, more toasted grains, malts, leafy hop notes. Fair.
