Deep dark brown almost black with a two finger, light brown head. Aroma is chocolate, mint and dark roasted grains. Taste is also chocolate, mint and dark roasted grains. I love mint beers.

Super dark brown coloured body with a very thin, single centimetre tall light brown head. Aroma of ridiculously rich Girl Scouts Thin mint cookies with bunches of artificial mint, somehow, even more chocolate bars and a heavy dose of both lactose and alcohol - that's about all that's in the nose here, but with all that - that's quite enough. Full-bodied; Rich chocolate and super minty notes with a big cookie flavour showing some lactose, pure cream, earth, nuts and more alcohol than expected with a nice warming bite, but this really is all about the mint and chocolate. Aftertaste shows the lactose, cream, big earthiness, some nuts, but way more alcohol, milk chocolate and especially artificial minty flavours that bring out the Girl Scouts cookie flavours front and foremost. Overall, a nice, super rich and chocolatey/minty beer with a lactose and creamy finish that shows a lot of punch with a nice sweetness, but perhaps a bit too pungent, cloying and deep, even for a Girl Scouts cookie clone. I sampled twelve ounce bottle purchased from Total Wine in Manassas, Virginia on 31-January-2018 for US$4,49, brewed on 13-November-2017, sampled at my house here in Washington on 20-February-2021, just over three years after purchase, on perhaps the last chilly day of the year here.

Pours an inky black from a bottle, no head to speak of. Big mint chocolate aroma, truly smells like a thin mint girl scouts cookie. Flavor it starts to fall apart a little. Sweet and oily, tastes a little fakey chemical. Still a good beer.

Bottle from Premier Gourmet. Black / beige. Chocolate, mint, bit of chocolate powder. Basically liquid After Eights. It works pretty ok.

12 oz. bottle.
AROMA: A nice bouquet of chocolate mint.
APPEARANCE: Pours an opaque black with a small, medium-tan head that dissipates quickly.
TASTE: It's fairly sweet (but not cloyingly so) with flavors of mint and chocolate. Basically, it's like drinking a liquefied Jr. Mint candy or Thin Mint cookie!
PALATE: Full-bodied with a creamy texture and average carbonation. The finish is long and sweet.
OVERALL: If you like beer and you like chocolate-mint anything, then you're going to love this beer. It is delicious!!

Sampled on draft this beer poured a black color with a small foamy brown head that left good lacing. The aroma was mint, cocoa and roasty malts. The flavor was strong mint and chocolate- very much like an alcoholic version of the girl scout cookie. Very long finish. Full bodied.

12oz bottle pours with a deep dark body that supports a thin mocha head. The aroma offers up loads of mint and peppermint with sugary malt nuanced molasses, chocolate and then more mint. The taste delivers a load of mint bigness with modest dark roasted malts and chocolate more in the background than anything else. Wow. So much mint.
