Baltic Porter - dark, strong lager which is Polish "treasure beer". Classic version of Baltic Porter (with Plato extract around 20°) is brewed with a few Polish breweries. We, as PINTA, respect a value of Polish treasure but at the same time we go extra mile to create our own vision of classical beer. We are proud to present Imperator Bałtycki (Baltic Emperor) - dark giant made of malts and hops. PINTA Imperator Bałtycki - festive beer.
Ingredients: water, Weyermann® barley malts: Munich I, pilsner, diastatic barley, Vienna, Caramunich® III, Caraaroma®, Carafa® Special I; sugar; hops (USA): Amarillo®, Ahtanum®, Centennial, El Dorado®, Mosaic™, Zeus; yeast: Saflager™ W 34/70.

Black pour, big creamy beige head. Huge roast, lightly fruity, bitter cocoa powder, and some strong coffee. Silky mouth feel, soft carb. High bitterness, strong chocolate, and bitterness coffee, huge roast, bordering on imperial stout, pretty awesome stuff.

Bottle from Browarium Sklepy Piwne. Aroma is roasted malt, dark chocolate, caramel fudge, coffee, liquorice, notes of molasses, raisins, with a touch of fruity hops. Flavour is quite sweet with a lot of roasty bitterness in the finish. Body is medium to full. Quite the bittersweet dessert Porter, boldly flavoured and rich. Very tasty.

330 ml bottle. Murky darkest brown with a mocha creamy head. Burnt malt, rubber, leather, salmiak, earthy notes, ashes, overroasted espresso beans, overripe stone fruit, raisins, dates, toffee, single malt and rum. Dry hoppy bitterness, some boozy sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, intense hoppy roasty bitter boozy finish. Great as expected.

A deep dark porter with a thick lacing brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, very nice and rich. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, soy sauce, alcohol warmth, very nice. Bottle from 2018.

330ml bottle, thanks to djoeye for sharing. Decent fawn-coloured head leaving lacing rings down the glass. Jet black body. Roasted malty nose, a bit doughy. Sugar sweetness to a malt-driven flavour character. Ends malty and rather sweet. Mouth filling. Pretty alright. (Yuletide session with Finn and djoeye, PivotekaH7, Tromsø 30.12.2019).
