A mead mixed with apple juice, where the apple juice has been concentrated through freeze-destillation. Has a quite heavy and sweet finish. It's unfiltered and may contain traces of pollen from the honey and yeast sediments.

Lys gul, nesten transparent klar uten skum. Lukter bakt eple og svak honning. Middels fylde. Søt. Smaker bakt eple og honning. Middels lang.

Disig hvitvinsfarget. Lukter honning og søte epler. God konsistens. Honning og epler smaker meget bra. God og søt avslutning.
