Draught. Hazy yellow colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is citrus, some hay, sweet malts and mild yuzu. Flavour is yuzu, sweet malts, hay and some bitterness to it. Nice twist on it!

Tap @ Uiltje Bar. Golden color. Ginger in the estery aroma. Floral, oily hops, yuzufruit. Malty sweet flavor with marmelade, upcoming tartness, floral. Very low on carbon. A bit weird.

Keg at the hanging bat. Pours clear golden, nose is sherbert lemon, funky, grassy, taste is similar, a touch soapy.

Sample at the Kings Arms Bethnal Green. I’ve been wanting to try this brewery for a while and according to the barman this was brewed specifically to complement ramen noodles. It was too sour for me and made me pull a funny face when I sipped it. I just really dislike sour beers, but I am sure that this is a well made and enjoyed by those for whom sour beers are "their thing." I am not one of them.

3 John’s. Keg. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, mildly dry and has decent fine carbonation. Great yuzu - lemom, tangerine and lime and it has a cracking sherbet as well. Light finish. Very refreshing sherbet citric beer.

100 ml. draft @ Gollem Warpigs Tap Takeover. Hazy citrus, creamy white. Fruit is really massive in the nose, lime peel, citrus, I would say yuzu if I had ever tasted it. Taste is same, really massive sam citrus / lemon / lime / bit peel, sorbet, fruit is amazing, massive, really refreshing huge peel in best way. Body is all peel, near lemonade, easy drinking, so refreshing. Opinions were mixed but I adored it. This is the way to make a fruit beer & it is actually my favorite Warpigs so far.

Tap. Tasted on the 12/05/2017 at Warpigs (Copenhagen). Light golden with a medium off-white head. Aroma of malts, yuzu, floral and citrus. Taste is light malty and medium fruity with a medium to strong presence of the yuzu. Soft body and carbonation. Aftertaste is refreshing but weird. Next one please!

Keg at the Three Johns, 26/04/17. Pale golden blonde with a decent off white covering. Nose is lemon drizzle, tangy citric peel, light herb, straw. Taste comprises lemon sherbets, yuzu zip, pale malts, light bread dough, faint ginger, herbal tinged, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent refreshing stuff.
