Double-hopped with Northdown and Fuggles, two great English hops that work exceptionally well in creating a balanced beer with biscuit, caramel, and a hop bitterness that is complex and interesting whilst restrained.

Lége rcruivre, col fin crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme présente une belle note de caramel - toasté avec une note bien anglaise - certaine douceur latente se combine parfaitement avec le caractère houblonné très anglais.
Palais est sur une belle base classique anglaise avec une bonne note maltée - léger effet de café au lait, caramel - grillé, céréales - le tout ponctué par un houblonné noble entre le terreux et fleuri.
