Bottle at Shelton Festival Afterparty. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with small frothy white head. The aroma is lime zest, lemon rinds, oak. Thin body, citrus, light oak, nice tartness, good.

03/07/18, impressively sour mix flavored, soda whiskey nose and front. weirdly reminds me of what I used to drink exclusively for a period of my life. Good weird. I like it!

16.9 oz. Aroma is whiskey, wood, lime, lemon, pepper, stomach problems. Pours hazy pale golden with a fleeting white head. Taste is really sour (10/10) and acidic with flavors like the aroma. Has flavors of whiskey and citrus like a whiskey sour, but it’s way more tart. Although it’s like an acid reflux sufferer’s worst nightmare, this is really good and interesting.

Tap. Ours lightly hazy golden yellow, small white head, some lacing. Aroma is quite like a Whaley sour, lemons, whiskey, tonic water. Flavor is mediium tart, overwhelming flavor of lemon juice, lime juice. Light body, low carbonation. I swear this must have RealLemon added post fermentation.

Has a sweet and sour cocktail mixer aroma and flavor with a subtle whiskey taste to the finish. Delicious sour ale.

Sample at the "Black Friday 03" tasting on 11/24/2017. Cloudy yellow color with a medium white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lace. Aroma of oak, citrus, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of oaky whiskey, citrus, yeast and malt. The finish is oaky with a citrusy aftertaste. Above average overall.
