Tap in Berlin golden color clear unexpectedly, foamy white head that fades. Flavor of rotten apples and bananas, grainy wheat malt. Taste flat sweet some lemony tones in the finish, carbonated, dry, not yeasty. Maybe hit a bad batch.

13-04-19 // on tap at the brewpub. Hazy unclear yellow with a big white head. Very smooth grainy yeasty Weizen. Not that much on the fruity banana side. Clove, yes. Solid.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy, deep gold colored. AROMA- wheat, yeasty, apricot, clove. FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, lightly bitter, wheat, apricot, clove. Medium bodied.
Tasty.

Keg at the brewery. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a halo. Of white head. Aroma is banana, doughy wheat, light jammy fruits, clove. Flavour is composed of doughy wheat orange marmalade, banana, mellow phenols.. Palate is frothy airy carbonation,. Good hefe. Well made.

Draft at the source. Hazy to cloudy deep yellow color, thick white head. Aroma has banana and light lemon. Taste is lightly yeasty citrus and banana. Very nice.

Keg at the brewpub, 19/07/15. Hazed golden orange topped with a moderate off White swirl. Nose is bitter orange, light perfume, yeast esters, pinch of spice. Taste comprises clove, orange, peach, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough hefe, quite fruity and refreshing.
