Coconut Vibes is the Vibes recipe of one of our Missouri Imperial Stouts which is then infused multiple times with raw and toasted coconut flakes! This was the first stout to really showcase the Side Project use of adjuncts, but in a stainless base and has been one of our favorite and hardest beers to continually make for you! We hope you once again love our release of this massive coconut stout!

B2. Pours thick black. Nose/taste of syrupy thick chocolate and coconut. Thick AF. This is too much of a good thing in beer form. How do you rate a beer you enjoy the first three sips of but then cannot drink anymore? Tough question. Middle rating seems appropriate for my palate.

Bottle shared at THT April. Black with short lasting brown head. Thick roasted coconut, toffee, sweet malts, light spicy notes, dark chocolate, cinnamon, fudge. Quite sweet and medium bitter. Full bodied with light spices. Great!

THT April at Kwartje, Gooey/Geoduck Edition. Black with no head. Big sweet deep roasted chocolate malts, roasted coconut, cinnamon, earthy and nutty coffee notes. Big sweet and bitter. Syruppy sweet sticky full body and soft carbonation. Great stuff.

Bottle at tht. Aroma of earthy coconut, chocolate, malt and mocha. Taste has earthy coconut, chocolate, booze, red fruit, berries, vanilla and a coconut finish. Very good.

8 4 9 4 17 Bottle shared at THT April (Clam Digging For Geoduck edition). Black with a ring brown head. Aroma of chocolate, coconut, bounty bar, malt, toffee, butterscotch, coffee and light roast. Flavour is heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle thanks to John. Pours black with small tan head that diminishes quickly with coconut flakes. The aroma is strong coconut, roast, chocolate. Slick body, cocoa, roast, boozy, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.
