Cask af the Saffrons taproom. Poured a slightly hazy light golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is light elderflower. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a smooth, light, watery, yeasty, herbal, aromatic palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.
