Di colore giallo paglierino opalescente. Schiuma bianca e leggera. Al naso spiccano le note floreali della camomilla che chiudono in un piacevole sentore di cereali. All’assaggio le note dolci di cereale maltato che ben si bilanciano con un equilibrato ma deciso amaricato del luppolo e della scorza di arancia. Servire a 6 - 8 ºC. Ingredienti: acqua, malto d'orzo e frumento dei nostri campi, luppolo italiano, coriandolo, passiflora, scorze di arancia dolce e amara, olio essenziale di camomilla, lievito.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque pale yellow with a small, white head. Lightly spicy aroma, coriander comes to mind but also others - bit soapy and perfumy according to my better half. Light-bodied, citrusy, yeasty, grainy and perfumy. Never sweet, hardly bitter. Quite refreshing. 090726

330ml bottle from Baladin Open Garden. Pours a misty pale yellow, medium sized white head. Prickly bitter botanicals to the fore.. herbal.. some grapefruit.. a bit overly bitter but nicely refreshing.
