Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza, 2017 - London. Pours unclear gold with a creamy, white topping. Nice overall, tart, lightly funky. Light to medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Quenching finish. Enjoyable.
EB winter blind tasting. My flight so not blind. Bright tasty stuff, plenty of citrus and light vanilla oak.

750ml bottle. Batch 8. Smooth, fruity and tart with hints of funky bretta, oak and mineraly notes, hints of sourness. Pretty good.

Draught at Trillium's 5th Anniversary, 3/18/18.
Lightly hazy-cloudy, pale, honey-golden with a small, but dense, creamy, white head.
Good mixed ferm character in the nose shows mostly lactic acidity with light, lime-like Brett, strong mineral and salinity as one expects from Sante, and a light backing of nutty wheat and rye. Sweetness seems low with more bacterial acidity then Sacch.-like fruity esters. No alcohol or flaw.
Pretty straightforward in the mouth, with a creamy, soft, pillowy texture showing engaging carbonation. Wheat and rye are dense and attenuation is high, yet it's neither too dry or light. Lemon-yogurt-like flavors abound from the bacteria with a big salinity and snappy, tart acids lingering. No alcohol or flaw. Pretty good integration of acids.
FWIW, this is much more a sour/wild.
Unknown batch. Delicious Refreshing haft saison.

Bottle @ home with Justin, thanks to bytemesis for sending. Cloudy yellow orange appearance with a white head. There’s a little acetic acid along with orange, tropical fruit, mango, and passion fruit. Somewhat tart. Pretty good but not great.

Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. It pours yellow - gold with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, bready, sweet, cornbread, paper, grainy, cereal and a touch of spice. The taste is crisp, dry, sort of tart / sour, decent mouth - pucker, minerals, lemon rinse, white bread, apricot and peach with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. The aroma sort of lets this one down. OK, but I was expecting more.
